I came to Shane a very good static lifter relying on brute strength, so Shane and I went back to basics and he has taught me a lot of technique in all of my lifts and was adamant from the beginning that we were going to turn me into and athlete not just a static lifter but a strongman that could move with weight as well as lift even better statically.
