Better known by his pseudonym, "Harry Squatter", Harrison offers a unique service within MST Systems as a Powerlifting and Performance Coach.

Harrison specialises in the latest evidence based methods with health, longevity and physiology for both male and female athletes wanting to optimise and excel their overall performance and helping to educate athletes with making better and smarter choices.

Consultations and Performance coaching are available for all athletes, with the Performance coaching specially crafted to fit in alongside your current training regiment, taking a holistic approach to improving overall health and wellbeing allowing you to maximise your performance while minimising risks to both your physical and neurological health.

Harrison has 10 years of competition experience, so understands firsthand what it takes to push yourself to the limits, and is involved within the UK Powerlifting scene as both a coach and athlete. With understanding the MST Systems methods, he's able to apply this into the context of Powerlifting allowing Powerlifters to get the most out of these world class methods.

Harrison also uses functional blood analysis practices helping you understand your blood results and build up an overall picture. Instead of just looking at values on a specific marker, patterns and mechanisms are looked at to try and understand why a marker might be high/low give you a much better understanding.
