This coaching package provides coaching for your off season prep. Take advantage of this to address any weak areas, bring your conditioning up to the next level and keep your strength foundation strong ready to hit the ground running for comp season.
Our coaching packages offer great value for your money, and let our coaches provide a much higher level of service by allowing you to select exactly what you need and set your own budget. Prices are the full cost of the block paid upfront. For example, a package that costs £280 for 8 weeks is essentially £140/month.
Upon purchase, we will contact you via email within 24 hours to discuss your intake. You don't have to use your purchase right away, and can keep it for a date in the future
How to build your package:
Check-in Frequency
Select how often you want check-ins with your coach. You can choose between weekly, 2 weekly, 4 weekly or no check-ins if they aren't required. This is how often you will get 1-to-1 updates with your coach with feedback. If you choose weekly, then you will have an update every week for the duration of your coaching. More frequent check-ins does increase the price of the package.
No check-ins means you will get your program to run for the duration, with no feedback from your coach.
Coach
Select who you want to work with. Different coaches offer different prices to help with budgets. Choose to work with Flash, Kurtis or Shane.
Duration
This is how long you want the program for. 8 week is the minimum length for a program, and up to 12 weeks.
Upon purchasing your package, your package will be sent through to us and we will contact you to arrange and discuss everything you need. We offer various payment options such as paying all at once via credit/debit card or take advantage of Klarna with pay nothing for 30 days, or pay-in-3 payment option!
Voice Note Add-Ons
We charge extra for the use of voice notes on WhatsApp with your check ins due to the extra time it takes for our coaches to respond via voice note and listen to client voice notes.
